Report a copyright or trademark problem
If someone uses your photos, words, logo or brand on a Xexea page or website without permission, send us a notice and we will review it.
What to put in your notice
- Your full name, company and email address.
- The work you own, like a photo, text, logo or design.
- The full address of the page that uses it.
- A short statement that you own the work or may act for the owner, and that the use is not allowed.
- A statement that the details in your report are true.
What happens next
We check the report. If it is clear and complete, we remove or block the content and tell the page owner. If we need more details, we write to you.

Who can send a copyright report?
The owner of the work, or someone allowed to act for the owner, can send a copyright report.
What should my notice include?
Your name and email, the work you own, the full address where it is used, and a statement that the use is not allowed and your report is true.
How long does a review take?
We aim to reply within 2 working days. Clear reports with full links are handled faster.
Can the page owner reply?
Yes. If we remove the content, the owner may send us a reply. We may share the main details of your report with them so they can answer.
