How to connect your own domain to your website
A website template on Xexea opens on your own domain, like yourshop.com. You type the domain once, and our team does the technical part.

- The Basic Website Template package, which includes a .com domain and email.
- Your login at console.xexea.com.
Four steps to your domain
Install your template
In the console, open Select the website template, pick a design and colours, and type your domain.
Edit your website right away
You can change words, photos and products while the domain waits. Nothing is public yet.
We check and connect it
Our team checks that the domain is yours, points it to our server and adds a free security certificate, so your site opens with https.
Your website goes live
After approval, visitors who type your domain see your website. The www address opens it too.
Typed the wrong domain? You can change it in the console while it waits for approval.
Domain and email
Your package also gives you business email on the same domain, like hello@yourshop.com. You read it in the Email panel from your dashboard.

Domain questions
Which websites can use my own domain?
Website templates like the artist portfolio and the handmade shop run on your own domain. Free single pages use a xexea.com address.
Do I need to buy a domain myself?
No. The Basic Website Template package comes with a .com domain. If you already have a domain, tell us and we help you move it.
Why does my domain wait for approval?
We check that the domain belongs to you before your website opens on it. This keeps other people from using your name.
How long does it take?
Most domains are ready within one working day after approval.
