How to add products to your online shop
This guide shows how to add a product with photos, a price and a category in your Xexea website dashboard. It takes a few minutes per product.
First: set your categories and collections
Open your website dashboard, then Store Settings. Type your shop categories, like Earrings or Rings, one per line. Type your design collections too, like Lotus or Pearl. Each product will pick one of each.
Add a product in five steps
Open Products
In your website dashboard, click Shop Products, then Manage Products.
Type the name and price
Add the product name, a short code like RK001 and the price in your shop currency.
Pick the category and collection
Choose where the product belongs, so buyers find it with the filters.
Upload photos
Add one or more photos. The first one is shown on the product card.
Write the description and save
Add a short line, a longer story and who it is for. Click Save, and the product is live.
Tip: Use the same light and background for all photos. Your shop looks neat and buyers can compare products easily.
How orders reach you
Buyers add products to the cart and send the order form. The order reaches your email through Ansel Forms, and you send a payment link.
Product questions
How many products can I add?
There is no fixed limit. The handmade shop template is made for small and medium shops, with dozens of products.
Can I show a sale price?
Yes. Add a sale price to a product and set when the sale ends in Store Settings. The sale stops by itself.
Which photo size is best?
Square photos of at least 1000 by 1000 pixels look best. The site makes smaller copies by itself.
Can buyers see prices in two currencies?
Yes. Your shop shows your own currency and US dollars. You set the exchange rate in Store Settings.
